ICT Academy is the training arm of ICT AccessPoint. We teach people to use technology with confidence, from their very first click to building software with AI.

Why we exist

Training centres often race towards advanced courses and leave the starting line empty. We start there on purpose.

A person who has just bought a laptop, a parent trying to understand a smartphone, a school leaver planning a career: each deserves patient, practical teaching. From that foundation our courses climb towards the skills that change what people can do, from Microsoft Office and design to video, marketing, data, security and building software with AI.

ICT Academy is the training arm of ICT AccessPoint, a team that builds websites and business systems, makes school software and runs a laptop repair centre. Training was a natural next step for people whose whole job is helping others get more from technology.
